All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, Priority depending on the weight of products purchased. Shipping Insurance is upon request or included in the shipping for Priority only orders over $75.00. In the event of a damaged insured package please contact us immediately so that the situation may be corrected. If your order was not insured and it get’s damaged or lost, Wacky Curls will not be held responsible. Please provide correct shipping address, wacky curls will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information. All orders are generally shipped out within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Time in transit is not controlled by Wacky Curls and is 100% controlled by the USPS. That means from the time your packages leave our facility your orders will be delivered in the given times lines of the USPS.Priority Mail Transit Time is 2-3 business days, not including holidaysFirst Class Mail Transit time is 3-5 business days, not including holidays
PAYMENTS/RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept PayPal in our online store, which accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Payments are due at the time of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All Sales Are Final due to we can’t resale the products not knowing if they were tampered.
Q: How long will it take to receive my products?
A: Our products are handmade and done in batches. We ship out 2-3 business days after the order is placed (unless we have a batch of the product you placed on hand) if so it’s shipped next business day. All orders placed on or after Friday will ship out the following Monday morning. This does not included holidays.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal in our online store, which accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Major Credit card payments.
Q: Do you accept checks & money orders?
A: At this time we do not accept money orders or checks.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: 6 to12 months. Shelf life can be shortened or lengthened depending on the storage conditions. Store in a cool, dry location. But best if used between that time.
Q: Why are my products different from my previous order?
A: Our products are handmade using natural ingredients. We use the same protocol but sometimes the out come is not the same. Colors and considity will vary naturally since our products are hand crafted and derived from natural sources it can be expected to sometimes receive a batch that may be slightly different.
Q: Are your products available in salons or stores?
A: No, our products are available on our website only.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:No, we are not currently shipping internationally, but please check back.
Q: What shipping services do your offer?
A: Currently we ship via USPS First Class or Priority. Shipping Insurance is automatically included in the shipping price for Continental US shipment when using Priority shipping methods only.

A: All sales are final since our products are hand crafted.

A: Yes our products are natural. The ingredients are natural or derived from a natural source, we also use a natural derived broad spectrum preservative to ensure the shelf life of our products, to keep mold, fungus, bacteria and others things from growing in your products.
Q: Are your products safe for kids?
A: Yes, Wacky Curls products was inspired by my two girls, so yes it’s safe for children. We recommend 4 years and up but please check ingredients to make sure your child can use our products.
